Alpine Adventure - Group Ride & Camping Trip

Machine Alley invites all members and their friends to join us for a 3-night Labour Day Weekend - High Country Ride & Camping Trip.

We'll be riding out from the workshop on Friday morning, then setting up camp at the Myrtleford Holiday Park for 3 days of High Country riding.

• Itinerary

  • Friday 7th Mar 2025 - Ride out MA Friday morning, 7th of March 2024. Aim to depart 09:00. TBC. Myrtleford approx 15:00.

    • Stay 3 nights at Myrtleford Holiday Park, Myrtleford, VIC - Myrtleford Holiday Park, Victoria | G'Day Parks 

  • Saturday 8th and Sunday 9th March 2025 - We plan to do some daily group rides. Optional. Routes TBC. But looking at ride up Falls Creek (maybe back via Mt Hotham) for one day. Approx 6 hour loops each day.

  • Monday 10th March 2025 - Return back to Melbourne (Machine Alley) in the morning. Aim to depart 09:00. TBC. Arrive Melbourne approx 15:00. Individuals can opt for faster route via FWY if prefer. Approx 1.5 hours faster. Monday is Labour Day (PH).

  • Camping:

    • Myrtleford Holiday Park, Victoria | G'Day Parks 

    • Caravan park has amenities including BBQ, and shower and toilets. Caravan park is located in Myrtleford, with easy access to cafes, restaurants and supermarkets.

    • If you prefer not to camp, contact the caravan park directly to explore other available options and then let us know what you have arranged. However they will likely sell out fast as it is a long weekend. Or you may want to book a hotel in Myrtleford. Just let us know.
